A full dedicated day where we build out your strategy for the next three to six months. It’s collaborative and hands-on. We go deep on whatever matters most: your positioning, your offer clarity, your visibility strategy, your pricing, your messaging, your leadership identity. We’re working on your business together in real time, so you leave with an actual plan and the specific next moves mapped out. 

This container is ideal for founders who:

  • Need a dedicated container where someone who understands your work at a high level can help you think through what you are building next.
  • Don’t need a year of coaching, you need one very great day.

My year-long coaching partnership for women who are in the middle of a real transition, in their business, their leadership, or both,  and want consistent support as they navigate it. It is consistent, high-proximity access to someone who will coach your evolution over time, tracking pattern recognition, strategic reflection, and the kind of thought partnership that sharpens your thinking, cleans up your decision-making, and helps you build visibility that finally reflects who you have actually become. 

This year-long partnership is designed for you if:

How do I know if I’m ready for this level of coaching?

Most of my clients hire me because they can feel that something in their business is no longer translating at their level, and they want to work 1:1 with a coach who has the depth, experience, and leadership to coach them through their growth.

You’re likely ready for this work if you’ve already built meaningful momentum, typically generating consistent revenue (often in the $250K–$500K & $1M range or holding a high level of leadership responsibility). Still, your visibility, messaging, or positioning isn’t fully reflecting that.

What if I’ve already invested in coaching or strategy before?

Most of my clients have.

They’re not starting from zero. They’ve already done the work, invested in programs, and implemented strategy. What they’re experiencing now is a different level of challenge where things aren’t broken, but they’re no longer fully aligned. This work doesn’t replace what you’ve already done. It builds on it.

We focus on refining what’s already there so your messaging, positioning, and visibility actually translate at your current level, without requiring you to start over or do more.

Is your work only for Latina and Women of Color founders?

My work is intentionally centered around Latina and Women of Color founders because that is where I bring the deepest level of lived experience, cultural fluency, and nuance, especially in conversations around visibility, leadership, and authority.

That said, I’ve worked with a range of leaders, men, our beautiful LGBTQIA+ members, and women outside of that identity who resonate with my unapologetic approach and value the depth, perspective, and standard of leadership this work requires.

What matters most is value alignment. If you are someone who values thoughtful, identity-aware leadership, is open to being challenged, and is ready to refine how you show up, lead, and are perceived at a higher level, this work can be a strong fit.

What’s the difference between Private Coaching, VIP Day, and the Visibility Intensive?

Each offer is designed for a different stage of clarity and decision-making.

A Visibility Intensive is for clarity and diagnosis (90-minute coaching session). You know something is off, but can’t fully identify what it is. You don’t need a full day or months of coaching yet. It works best for clients who need someone to quickly assess what’s going on, name it, and point you in the right direction.

VIP Day is for decision and direction. If you already know what needs attention and want to resolve it quickly, it is designed for focused, high-level execution and direction in a compressed period of time. You don’t need ongoing support, but you do need one day of full focus, clear decisions, and then you go off to implement. It works best for clients who are decisive, self-led, and just need the right lens to unlock movement.

Private Coaching is for transformation over time. It’s for founders who are ready for long-term, deeper recalibration. The issue isn’t just one decision; it’s how you think, lead, and show up over time. You might be successful on paper, but still second-guessing, overthinking, or misaligned in your visibility and leadership. You don’t just need clarity once; you need a space where your identity, decisions, and strategy can evolve consistently. This works best for clients who want sustained growth, support through real-time decisions, and someone to walk with them as they build.

What does the application process look like?

For my 90-minute intensive, you can book directly on the booking page. No application required. Select the date and time for your session, fill out the intensive client intake form, pay in full at checkout, and bam your session is booked.

Both VIP Day & Private Coaching begin with an application so I can understand where you are in your leadership, visibility, and business.  If your application aligns with the level of support I provide, you’ll be invited into a private conversation where we’ll explore your goals, what you’re navigating, and whether this partnership is the right fit. Then you will be invited to the onboarding process, where a payment will be required on the call to move forward in the onboarding process. 

Not every applicant is invited forward, and that’s intentional. This work is designed for founders who are ready for this level of depth, clarity, and strategic partnership.

Can I secure a future start date for Private Coaching or a VIP Day?

Yes, future start dates can be reserved, but they are not held without commitment. To secure a spot in my client roster, a signed agreement, deposit, and active payment plan must be in place, along with a confirmed start date on the calendar. This ensures your space is reserved and allows me to plan my capacity intentionally.

Private Coaching and VIP Days are both structured engagements and require this process to move forward.

For Visibility Intensives, you are able to select and book your session date in advance at the time of payment, as these are single-session engagements.

Can I take a break after my initial commitment for Private Coaching and return later?

Private Coaching is designed as a continuous partnership because the work builds over time. The most tangible, meaningful, and sustained results come through longer-term consistency, typically over 12 months. This allows for not only clarity and recalibration but the ability to apply, refine, and lead differently as your business evolves.

For that reason, breaks in the middle of the work are not recommended or supported. Stepping away often leads to returning to the same patterns, which ultimately slows momentum and delays the results this work is designed to create.

If continued support is needed after your initial term (12 Months), we’ll discuss renewal and next steps toward the end of your engagement to ensure continuity and forward movement.

What kind of results can I expect from this work?

Clients typically experience clearer messaging, stronger positioning, and visibility that translates into more aligned opportunities, higher-quality clients, and increased confidence in their leadership decisions.

Some clients see early ROI within the first 60–90 days, driven by improved visibility, new opportunities, or revenue growth. Deeper shifts such as authority positioning, consistent demand, and long-term growth often compound over 6–12 months+.

Every client’s results vary based on implementation and context, but the goal is the same: to ensure your business reflects the level you are already operating at.
